Every order is embroidered and prepared with care, and many of our items are made specifically for you.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Custom and personalized items may require additional time depending on the order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 on U.S. orders.

Delivery Times

The 1–2 week timeframe includes the time needed to embroider, prepare, and ship your order. Once your package is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please double-check names, initials, sizes, colors, and other personalization details before placing your order. Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.
